I agree that there are too many freebies given out. Literally if you wanna spend youre entire life doing nothing but drugs, drinking, not working, ect than that Is an option. At least where I live it is. College is way too much money yet I see people getting their entire college payed for with housing and transportation coming from other countries. I think the opportunity should be there for people from other countries because otherwise they wouldn't have it at all but I aslo don't think that the average person should be raped in the ass with debt.
so like theres ways to fix these problems...
1. make people pass a drug test to get government assistance. I emphasize with anyone with an addiction but I don't think that others peoples money should support them for long periods of time.
2. Canada has a much higher expectation for getting accepted into a college. If you spend your time in highschool and college fucking off then you shouldn't be in the same position as someone who worked their ass off.
I'm all for helping people but only people who need it. The fact that the guys I take care of at my work with down syndrome get less government assistance than someone with a drug addiction completely is insane to me.
despite all of this trump is a fucking idiot. I think we need a happy medium.

I'm more republican in that sense, unfortunately for social issues, I am NOT republican. I live downstairs from a crack head who has never worked and disrupts my life all the time. That frustrates me.
I'm on the same boat. I think that anyone should be able to do anything they want as long as they are doing it while supporting themselves and contributing to society
I don't think there should be a punishment I just think there shouldn't be a reward. There are people who really need this money. I take care of 5 guys with downsyndrome and they literally get barely enough to buy anything. I mean they have plenty in food stamps and their life is taken care of cuz they are in assisted living homes but I feel like they should have enough money to buy stuff that they can enjoy. One guy wants a cat but he couldn't afford to feed it/take care of it so they wont let him have it. these people are the ones who the government should take care of.
