Imagine Baltimore is a three credit opportunity to explore the city. We will travel to a variety of locations in Baltimore, identify salient issues that pose challenges to citizens, and talk to community association members, city employees, grass roots activists, and more. Students will be encouraged and expected to engage in deliberations leading to policy proposals designed to ameliorate problems identified in the issue areas.
