Is it worth it to move off campus senior year?

Jul 24, 2015 by coreyants
So I have a friend from Maine who goes to my college and I am thinking I may move in an apartment with her.

The thing is I go to a small liberal arts college, so not many people move off campus. So if we'd like more roommates we'd prob have to find someone at Towson or Loyola other colleges around Baltimore & we wouldn't know them well. Like we could find something with two people, but the more roommates the less it should be. Also since it is Baltimore, you have to be sure you pick a safe area.

I just don't know if it's worth it. I'll be a senior. I'll have to find some flexible lease because I don't plan on living in Baltimore after I graduate May next year. You also have to pay for all those amenities. On the other hand, it's like I won't have to live in a dorm which sucks.

My college messed up my lottery system when I was abroad in Australia and they offered me a single in a fucking freshman dorm as a 21 year old senior, like hell to the no. So I am on a waiting list for something else, but at the same time I'm so pissed off at Goucher and want to get away from all those rich snobs that I'm very tempted to move off campus with my friend. I already have permission.

What do you guys think? If I was a junior, I would do it without question but it's just like I only have one more year at this school and I'm out for good.
