How does one get a job

When it states, "[Organization] values diversity and encourages applications from all backgrounds.

[Organization} has exemption from the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. Exemption No. A209/2012. Only women need apply"

Like it would 100% be illegal if this was the States, but it ain't. How does a women studies major get a fucking job IF only women can apply??

ikr sebbers it pisses me off because I'm just as qualified for the position since I have a fucking degree in the field, but this is for jobs in Australia so I guess they have different laws.

I've seen other postings where only Aboriginal or LGBTQ people can only apply too..
