yeah, you know how when u win POV, the health goes down 25%?

now its 0-30%

Fix deployed.   POV health change is done on next POV is selected instead of actual selection.
health reduction is also now random from 0 to 30% .

you can no longer see who won POV when the day changes (a glitch that would happen in games) and now when you win a POV your time decreases between 0 and 30% as opposed to the set amount of 25% that it used to be.
