-Day 1-
Jeff Probst: We are flying high above the Andes Mountains in an SH-60 Seahawk helicopter in the beautiful country of Peru. Sprawling with intense wildlife, you never know what is just around the corner, ready to attack. But if you take a step back, you can see why many indigenous people call this place home. The simplicity of life in the jungle that supports them has no match anywhere else in the world. Untouched by modern life, walking through these jungles takes you back in time. 18 complete strangers, removed from the life they know, are about to be isolated in the ancient ruins of an empire that stood the test of time. Jaguars, monkeys, and dangerous insects roam these ruins, looking to score a vengeance that the people of this land failed to do. It is here where the next group of castaways will be marooned with nothing but the clothes on their backs for the next season of Survivor. Forced to work together to create a new society while battling the elements, and each other. They must learn to adapt, or they’ll be voted out of the tribe. Korey (Confessional): We landed right on this coast in some South American country and I have this like drill sergeant yelling at me to jump off. I had zero idea what to do.
*Korey, Wyatt, LaTanya, Stef, Mitch, and Sydney jump off and walk to mat*
Mitch: Oh shit! It’s Jeff Probst:
First Six: Woo!
Wyatt (Confessional): I cannot believe that Jeff Probst is 15 feet in front of me. I could like give him a hug right now, he’s that close.
LaTanya (Confessional): I walk up to a mat and I see sand and trees and I’m like, ‘I did not sign up for this’.
*Heidi, Darci, Elise, Simon, Cody, and Zach jump off and walk to mat*
Darci (Confessional): I just cannot believe I’m even here. It’s a dream come true! Life is crazy, ain’t it.
Heidi (Confessional): I walk out to the mat and I see Jeff and I’m like “Game on, sir”! I’m ready to win this thing.
Cody (Confessional): I’m here to destroy the hopes and dreams of people who are inferior to me. No one is going to play like me, no one is going to outwit me. It’s gonna be me at the end.
*Benji, Damien, David, Julie, Rosie, and Sammie*
Damien (Confessional): I look at my fellow competitors, and the only other minority person here is a black girl that looks crazy. Gonna stay away from her.
Julie (Confessional): When I look at the other players, all I see are a bunch of losers. There can only be one winner, and that is gonna be me.

Jeff: Welcome to Survivor Peru!
Everyone: Wooo!
Jeff: Before we get to anything else, we’re going to divide you into 2 tribes. Satipo wearing navy, and Huaral wearing burgundy. The members of Satipo are Cody, Stef, Benji, Elise, David, Julie, Wyatt, LaTanya, and Simon. Please step on the mat on the right.
Elise (Confessional): I like my tribe. They look like a strong group of people and I hope we can work together well.
Simon (Confessional): I can already tell that there is no one even close to my intelligence level just by looking at the cast. I graduated college at age 16, that’s 4 years ago, and I’m looking forward to applying my knowledge to the test.
Jeff: The members of the Huaral tribe are Heidi, Zach, Darci, Mitch, Sammie, Korey, Rosie, Damien, and Sydney. Please step on the mat to the left.
Sammie (Confessional): It definitely makes me uneasy being the older lady of the group, but they aren’t going to send me home first. I can guarantee you that.
Zach (Confessional): I’m a good ol’ country boy, I will thrive in this environment, I can hunt and fish. These people are gonna need me for a while.
Jeff: Now, immunity idols will be in play this season. You will receive more information about that later on. But first, you will now vote someone off of your tribe.
LaTanya (Confessional): Say what!
Darci: You’re joking Jeff. Please tell me you’re joking.
David: *mouths to Benji* This is crazy.
Benji (Confessional): No one else is gay and looks like me here, so I’m nervous.
Jeff: You will write down the name of the person or what they’re wearing on a sheet of paper, then publically reveal your vote when I call on you. I’ll give you all 5 minutes to come to a decision.
~People are writing down names and thinking*~
Wyatt (Confessional): This is legit crazy.
Heidi (Confessional): I think that we’re gonna choose who’s the weakest person on our tribe.

Jeff: Alright, let’s begin with Satipo. Elise, who is you’re vote.
Elise: I voted for the old guy. *points to David*
Jeff: David?
Elise: Yeah. (to David): Sorry.
David: *shakes his head* (confessional): Wow.
Jeff: David, who did you vote for?
David: I voted for the black girl, LaTanya.
LaTanya: *laughs*
Jeff: Simon, who did you vote for?
Simon: LaTanya.
Jeff: Stef?
Stef: David.
Jeff: Julie?
Julie: LaTanya.
Jeff: Benji?
Benji: LaTanya.
Jeff: Cody?
Cody: Nerdy guy with glasses.
Simon: My name’s Simon.
Jeff: So that’s 4 for LaTanya, 2 for David, and 1 for Simon. Wyatt?
Wyatt: LaTanya.
Jeff: Although it doesn’t matter, LaTanya?
LaTanya: I voted for Simon.
Jeff: LaTanya, you received a majority of votes, please stand over here with me.
Julie (Confessional): Honestly, LaTanya looked like a really big bitch that I wouldn’t get along with.
LaTanya (Confessional): I am quite pissed off at these people right now.
LaTanya: So that’s how’s it’s gonna be, okay.
Jeff: Huaral, your turn. Sydney?
Sydney: Old lady.
Sammie: That’d be me, I’m Sammie.
Sammie (Confessional): I figured I’d get a vote.
Jeff: Damien?
Damien: *looks dejected* I voted for Sammie. Sorry girl.
Sammie: No worries.
Jeff: Darci?
Darci: I voted for Sammie. (confessional): I only want strong people on my tribe. It’s the way the cookie crumbles. *shrugs*
Jeff: Rosie?
Rosie: I voted for Sammie.
*Rosie starts crying*
Damien: It’s okay, girl. *hugs Rosie*
Jeff: Korey?
Korey: I voted for Sammie.
Sydney (Confessional): Aaaaaaaah! Australian!
Korey (Confessional): I’m originally from Perth, Australia, but now I’m in the oil industry. When I first spoke, I could tell that I could use my accent to my advantage with some of these girls. *laughs*
Jeff: Zach?
Zach: I voted for Sammie.
Mitch (Confessional): I think that Zach is very trustworthy just by the sound of his voice.
Zach (Confessional): People will be making a huge mistake if they try to trust me. I’m here to win.
Jeff: Mitch?
Mitch: I voted for Sammie.
Sammie (Confessional): This is terrible! I never expected so many votes!
Jeff: Heidi?
Heidi: I voted for Sammie.
Sammie: Wow, everyone voted me.
Heidi: Sorry.
Jeff: Sammie, that’s 8 votes against you, your vote doesn’t matter. Come over here and stand with me.
*Sammie leaves mat and goes to Jeff*
Jeff: Sammie, LaTanya, you are not leaving this game. But you will not be heading back to camp with your tribe. Missing important first impressions and relationships. You will instead head to Exile Island, where you will stay until the first immunity challenge. Here comes the boat. Say your goodbyes for now.
*Sammie and LaTanya leave on the boat to Exile Island*
Jeff: *tosses maps to tribes* The game has officially begun. Huaral head out on your left, Satipo, head out on your right.
-Day 1: Satipo-
SATIPO CAMP:
Notable Landmarks: Waterfall Pool (lake with a waterfall), Rocky outcrop
Items provided: A pot, a machete, and a bag of rice.
Benji (confessional): So we walk into the camp, and we didn’t know what to expect. And we got food and a machete, that’s about it, but I’m excited for this journey to begin.
Julie (confessional): Immediately, we started looking for a place to build our shelter. There were two people trying to take charge of the process, Cody and Simon.
Simon: I calculate that we should build the shelter here.
Cody: No man, it works better over here.
Simon: I’m sorry, but I’m a genius, I graduated college at 16 so I know what I’m talking about.
Cody: *laughs* You don’t know anything about nature. I’m a forest ranger. This is my bread and butter.
Wyatt (Confessional): I don’t want to draw attention to myself this early on in the game, but Simon and Cody? Huge idiots. And yes, I can sense the irony cause Simon is a “genius”.

Cody (confessional): The tribe eventually let me take charge of the shelter, while Simon went off somewhere to cry probably. I don’t like the guy.
Cody: Benji, David, help me lift this tree.
Elise: Be careful! (Confessional): I’m really glad to have some hardworking guys on my tribe. I’ve been abused my men before, and I’m happy that I have some good respectable guys to hang with for the next 39 days.

Stef (Confessional): While the boys are out playing, the girls will get together and plot. I’m sorta feeling my way through the start of the game. I didn’t have a set strategy before I started, but all it really is is making bonds with people and maintaining them. I really wanted to get to now Julie and Elise, because right now, without LaTanya, there are only 3 girls here.
Stef (to Julie and Elise): I think we can work well together. We need unity right now.
Julie: I agree. I’m in.
Elise: Definitely.
Julie (Confessional): Listening to Stef preach her “unity” and “feminism” is actually quite comical. I’m making no set alliances, cause we don’t even know each other yet. I don’t want to pledge my life in this game to someone so early.

Simon (Confessional): After my little argument with Cody, I realized that I need to be dumber about things. I may have just screwed myself and I’m just now realizing it. I need to work on my socializing abilities if I want to be able to win this game. I was the bigger man, and I apologized to Cody and the rest of the tribe.
Simon: I just want to apologize for my actions earlier, I was only thinking for myself and I wasn’t cooperative. I just hope we can get past this incident.
Cody: It’s no problem, man.
David: You’re fine. Don’t worry about it.
Simon: Thanks guys, it means a lot. (Confessional): Step 1: Gain the trust of the enemy. Complete.
Cody (Confessional): Was Simon being sincere. No. It takes a bullshitter to know a bullshitter. *laughs*
Items provided: A pot, a machete, and a bag of rice.
Heidi (Confessional): So we walk into the camp, which is a CAVE. I’ve always loved caves for some reason, and we get the bare essentials. Better than nothing.
Damien: Hey guys! We get rice and a pot and a machete. Better than nothing right?
Mitch (Confessional): I love our camp. It’s gonna be great not having to worry about building a shelter from scratch, cause we have a cave right there.

Darci (Confessional): Immediately, Damien stepped up and started to order people around. It’s fine and dandy, as long as I’m not the person being bossy, I’ll go along with it.
Damien: We should be able to build something to cover the cave in case animals want to get in.
Zach: I agree, animals could already inhabit that cave, and we should be very careful about the danger they pose. We should also build a shelter inside the cave in case of the tide.
Sydney (Confessional): Zach is very smart about the jungle. We should definitely keep him around for long.
Korey (Confessional): I think Zach is the unspoken leader of the group, and Damien wants in on the power. He needs to back off in my opinion.
-Day 2: Huaral-
Rosie (Confessional): After a day and a rough night, you can definitely start to see groups split off and talk strategy. Like me and Darci. But the most suspicious one is Korey, Zach, and Mitch. They laugh so loud and just talk all day.
Rosie: (to Darci) They talk so much, right?
Darci: Yeah, it’s hilarious that they think they’re being private.
Darci (Confessional): Rosie’s latched onto me and it’s really weird. *awkward laugh*
-Day 2: Exile Island-
Sammie (Confessional): Exile Island sucks! It’s just a bunch of rocks and sand, LaTanya and I had no idea how to start a fire, and we were cold the entire night.
LaTanya (Confessional): Being stuck here on Exile with an old lady is not fun. I slept through Sammie talking about her life story to be honest.

LaTanya: Woh! Sammie, there’s two pots here. They say to pick one each. I’ll take the right one.
Sammie: Ooh! I’ll take the left then.
LaTanya (Confessional): I open the right one, and there’s nothing in it. And I’m legit kinda pissed off, 2 days on Exile for nothing? Bullshit.
Sammie (Confessional): I open my pot, and there is an idol clue in it. It’s back at my camp. This could come in handy ooh.
-Day 2: Satipo-
Cody (Confessional): We’ve been rubbing to sticks together for 4 hours now and we’ve gotten nowhere. We really need some flint to start a fire, or else we’ll most likely die.
*Cody, Wyatt, and Benji work on the fire*
Wyatt (Confessional): The sun is so hot. I think I’m going to die.
*camera pans out to the smoke coming from the Satipo camp*
-Immunity Challenge: Day 3-
Jeff: Come on in, guys!
*tribes walk in*
Jeff: Welcome to your first immunity challenge. First things first, we now bring in Sammie and LaTanya returning from Exile Island.
LaTanya: Hey boos *hugs tribe*
Sammie: Hey guys!
Rosie: Welcome back!
Jeff: Okay, how were the first couple of days for everyone?
Everyone: Tough.
Cody: We were trying to get a fire going, but without flint it was definitely a struggle.
Jeff: Well, interesting you bring up flint, because today, you guys are playing for flint, along with….*takes cover off of item on table* Immunity. (Immunity Idol is a mini statue of an Incan God).
*everyone claps*
LaTanya: We’re taking that back with us.
Jeff: But first, you have to win today’s Immunity Challenge. Here’s how it works: For this challenge, six members of each tribe will race across a series of sand hills and into a river to retrieve a raft with puzzle planks tied to it. When all six members of the tribe returned to shore with the raft, the puzzle planks can be untied and taken back to the start line. Two tribe members will assemble the planks into a staircase. Once all of the tribe was at the top of the staircase, the last tribe member will work together to navigate a peg through a table maze, which will release the tribe's flag. First tribe to release their flag wins Immunity and a reward of flint.

Jeff: Wyatt and Korey leading their tribes through the water. Who will get there first? LaTanya is slowing down in the water! Huaral has their raft, they’re taking it back! LaTanya finally reaches her raft! Satipo heading back!

LaTanya: Okay, I just want to know why you guys sent me to Exile Island.
David: I was rubbed the wrong way by you. I think that’s how other people feel.
LaTanya: Oh, so you a racist now. Too good for a respectable black woman.
David: That’s not how it is. I was rubbed the wrong way by you, and you aren’t helping yourself.
LaTanya: You know what, David, fuck you.
David (Confessional): I think the way that LaTanya conducted herself was uncalled for, and she shouldn’t have done that with Tribal Council tonight.

Cody: We have the numbers on this tribe, and we should definitely think of creating a 5 strong majority of guys. We have the numbers to eliminate any of the girls we want. (Confessional): I want to create a strong alliance that I can trust to get me through to the merge.
Wyatt (Confessional): Cody is all about the guys, but I’m not. I want to separate myself from Cody especially, cause he can be very dangerous later on, and I don’t want to seem predictable. Everyone thinks that the guys have majority, they’re gonna stick together. I agree that a girl should go home tonight, but I don’t want it to be a 5 to 4 vote.
Wyatt: I’m in man.
Benji: No problem!
Simon: Cool! (Confessional): I don’t want to be loyal to Cody right now. But it’s the right thing to do so early in the game.
David: I’ll do it if we vote out LaTanya tonight.
Cody: I think that’s fine. (Confessional): Woo! I’m in control!

Wyatt: I’m going to be frank. The guys want to vote out LaTanya. I’m not loyal to the group of guys, but I do want LaTanya to go home tonight. (Confessional): I’ve built a relationship with both Julie and Elise. They trust me, I trust them. (Con. Over). I want to make a Final 3 deal with you guys, cause I trust you two.
Julie: I trust you both too.
Elise: Same (Confessional): I’m into this group of people. And Wyatt. But don’t tell him I said that. *giggles*
Wyatt (Confessional): I got the guys on my side, and two of the women. I think I got my bases covered.

Julie: The guys want you gone, LaTanya. Wyatt told me.

Stef (Confessional): I’m glad no one is targeting me, but it looks like a girl might be going home.
Julie: If you want him on our side, you can go and talk to him.

Elise: We have the power in this game. We’ll do what you want next time, but this alliance is false if we don’t vote together tonight.
Wyatt: I’m still thinking. Who do you guys want to vote out, just to satisfy my curiosity.

Wyatt (Confessional): It looks like both sides are vying for my vote. I can either go with the guys, or a Final 3 deal. It’s constantly switching back and forth in my mind. But I’ll choose what’s best for my game right now.

Jeff: Welcome to Tribal Council. Behind each of you is a torch, grab a torch and approach the flame, and get fire. Because in this game, fire represents your life.
*castaways sit down*
Jeff: Okay, so, David, what is the most important thing to keep in mind tonight?
David: I think that keeping an environment the tribe can flourish in. One that’s drama free, and capable of beating the other tribe.
LaTanya: So in your opinion, a tribe without me in it?
David: *rolls eyes* If you say so.
Jeff: LaTanya, what just happened there?
LaTanya: Well, Dave and I had a fight earlier about the first impressions vote, and I just wanted to know why I was sent to Exile.
Jeff: Speaking of Exile, how was it?
LaTanya: It wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t hard. I’m tough, so I knew I could stick it out.
Jeff: Simon, what are you basing your vote on tonight?
Simon: Well, Jeff, I’m basing it on what my alliance is comfortable with.
Jeff: You said alliance. What kinds of alliances are being formed, Wyatt?
Wyatt: Well, you have your obvious gender divisions, and who knows what else could be out there.
Jeff: Benji, has anyone stepped up to the plate and took control of the camp functions?
Benji: Sorry, Cody, but I think it’s been you.
Jeff: Talk to me, not Cody!
Benji: Sorry, but Cody has stepped up and got us organized as a tribe, and we function well together, we just didn’t pull through at the challenge today.
Jeff: Simon, did you feel some sort of responsibility for the loss?
Simon: Of course I do, if I just went a little faster or tried a little harder, it could’ve been completely different.
Jeff: Julie, what’s the hardest thing about tonight?
Julie: Having to vote out people you just met. It’s very difficult, and I know it only gets more difficult.
Jeff: Well, it is time to vote. Elise, you are up first.

Simon (Exit Interview): Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to be voted out first in a blindside. I don’t know what went wrong, but I think Benji got a little to friendly with the girls. I know I’m walking out of here a stronger man and I can’t wait to get back to my job that I love.
