Last night, she posted a blog that had a Skype quote of a death threat in it.
The person who reported her, for one - wasn't in the game, nor was the saying directed to anyone - and even if it was, it would be directed to someone in her rookies and the person who is being harrased is the one who has to report it because for all they know it could be a joke...
Then also her ban is 7 days when it's her first offense.. lol wtf. S:
EDIT: Never mind, I've received word that the ban is at least being shortened. See? There was something wrong with the decision. I'm glad the mods are taking care of it though.

Hasn't she been banned like 20 times? That's hardly a first offense
"3. Posting of skype conversations -
If you blog or post a copy of a skype conversation in a game, YOU are responsible for what you post on tengaged, not the person who originally said it. (e.g., if you post a conversation with homophobic language, you will be banned even if you were not the person who said it.)
*Your ban will be the same as if you made the comments yourself.*"
Amartin, even if there was no Skype quote - the death threat would've been directed to someone in her Rookies... but the person that reported her for it was not in her Rookies, so why should she be banned for it if the person that it was directed to didn't report it? =[
Because it's a death threat. You don't threaten someone's life regardless. No matter who it was directed to, it's taken as a death threat. I agree with the Moderators on this ban.
