Tengaged Rookies Problem

Please can people help me, I am having a big problem with enrolling in a rookies game. When I try to enrol in a new long rookies game it says I need to wait for my previous game to finish, but the only game I've ever played in is: http://www.tengaged.com/game/39375

I really need help and it would be great if people could leave a helpful comment that might solve my problem :)

Yeah - if they don't reply in 3 days, i would mail them, but its best to wait a little bit longer :)
