I will not include BB in any country besides US since its the only one I watch, and I wont include seasons 3, 5, 9, or 12 since I have seen 0 episodes of any of those seasons. I haven't seen much of 4 or 6 but I'm going to consider them. Now arranging the first few were hard, my top 3 were easy, but everyone else was hard but here's number 7...

Lydia Tavera (Big Brother 11)

This girl pained me so much. She was fucking crying after Jesse's eviction, which was making her a target too. Now I could say everyone that did, but they got their own asses evicted besides Natalie who only stuck around cuz no one likes her, but I remember Lydia's best friend and should be winner of BB11 Kevin in the diary room being like what the fuck is she crying for. She also kept starting fights with people she didn't need to and the only reason I liked them was Kevin would get involved.
