Once you buy black level, you are able to buy more color levels.

Until then, you can not see the new levels in shops.

Silver
Gold
Sky

2. You have to wait until 'sponser day change' where games will come up for you to sponser

Because you have to be up with the new level's.
Silver gold, blue blood tv ect. (You can only see these if your a black level)
You can't choose them randomize picks them and you choose what one you want to sponsor.
I can't help you with that :P lol

black levels with white flash = silver level *600 karma, 300 T$
yellow flash = gold level *1000 karma, 400 T$
blue flash = sky level *1300 karma, 500 T$
red flash = blood level *1500 karma, 600 T$
like the tengaged logo = tv star level *2000 karma, 1000 T$
