Q: Admin has banned #WorkBitch for posting illegal designs BUT they have also sent mails to the users who bought the illegal designs threatening them that if they dont remove the design, they will be banned. What is your thoughts on this situation?

I think it is very dumb and not professional. None of us knew that the designs were illegal. Admin is threatening to ban us for using our T$ to buy a design? If we knew they were illegal WHY would we spend our T$ to buy the design?
maturo - Being friends with the people who bought the designs. I think it sucks considering a few of them actually spent real life money to buy t's and are not even be able to wear the design(s). At the end of the day though, its not my rules or my decision nor is it my spot to chime in on what happens!
SharonMaItems - I think #WorkBitch didn't listen to Admin banning Gemma designs until further notice and thought that he/she could sneak past Admin's ban and post it anyways. I mean I don't REALLY understand why Gemma designs are banned in the first place but it's fine. Anyways, I think WorkBitch definitely got the ban she deserved, I mean it was obvious that your not allowed to post designs with NO permission unless they are yours. But I think Admin should've allowed the people who GOT designs to wear the designs. I don't think any of them have gotten a refund and it's unfair to the people who bought and now can't wear their new design(s) . But TECHNICALLY, they should be allowed to wear everything but the Gemma hairs, just because those are actually illegal.
Fetish - In real life, we are allowed to use whatever we spend our hard earned money on, I don’t understand why tengaged is any different. Some people didn’t know that he had uploaded Gemma weaves bc they were zoomed in and people just thought oh free designs without looking. That’s not fair. For example, even I thought the blonde straight with bangs was Gagaluv’s blonde Barbie weave. This has happened before, and guess what? People STILL bought these designs, because this rule will not stop users from buying/wearing designs. The only way to stop users from having these is by having over the top and harsh punishments for people who upload them, or maybe getting rid of the stupid rule to begin with.
spartagow - I think workbitch got what she deserved for posting clearly illegal designs, BUT I think the users should either be allowed to wear the designs or get their T back
#EmzThrone - It’s really unfair. As someone who bought their T$ to get those designs, then to be punished to take them off. We should be given a refund since it’s not our fault it was an illegal poster design. Glad to know I got my T$ I spent 30 dollars on go be scammed from me. If he refunded us I wouldn’t care, but I don’t think he will.
Unkown - it's really dumb. Why is admin going to waste his time over people wearing designs and instead actually ban people who actually break the rules.
Carriexoxo24xo - i do not think its fair, people who purchased the designs paid money for them and shouldn't be punished just because the shop owner didn't have permission from the designer :(

Hannah_Banks2250 - I mean he should be banned if it's not his designs and he posted without permission. For the users who bought it...eh. Idk it's a grey area because past illegal designs wont get you banned but these one will? It's messy. I wouldnt be banning them, but not my choice. At the end of the day tho i really don't care about tg drama.
Dusty12910 - IMO only WorkBitch should be banned as he knew the design was stolen. Its not up to the consumer to research the shop owner and to make sure the designs they post in their shop have permission to be posted
Anonymous - Well don't snitch on me, but I'm just praying he doesn't notice some of my designs are stolen/illegal :X. I think it's too impossible to moderate, let people do what you want unless there's an actual lawsuit. I think Admin has a much shorter leash on those accused of cheating in the past.

For the users that bought they should not be put into this mess, their is a tengaged depression going on right now ya know so i feel really bad for the users affected! My main issue is fucking Randomize, the only power Admin basically has is banning and un banning people, like wow amazing powers................ I think he should be able to remove posts on games and remove designs from user's accounts! Randomize does not give a shit about this site so i think he should give 100% control to Admin... if he's capable of programming anyways.
Zachbbs - I think they were right on banning WorkBitch, however, I believe the people who spent their TS should be able to wear the design.

therefore i can see banning people who broke the rule and posted an illegal design without permission
HOWEVER
the buyers shouldnt be banned or not allowed to wear it
THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME SORT OF CHECK BY ADMIN OR WHOMEVER BEFORE DESIGNS CAN BE POSTED
no matter how much code that takes lol
and with that how can the people that bought an illegal design get rid of it?
and until ts can be reimbursed those people should not be penalized.
