Well...most blogs do not get more than 100 points and 10 comments so i know a way to change that :P
At the end of a certain blog make a 'plus list' with people related to the topic so even if their not online theyll see it and probs plus or comment
ex1- The blog is about Britain so you tag the likes of british people like Bengalboy and MarkB101
Another way is that you tag your friends who you KNOW will plus/comment
ex2- I tag Carlab1 cuz she plusses/comments on ALL my blogs when she sees them
The third one which can be used...but i think it will irritate people and usually not get your plusses and comments is you tag high levels you hardly know but i doubt it will be thta popular
ex3- I tag BBdamian as he is a TV star and i like +15s xD
