My opinion: I really see Adele taking this, but I feel like anyone except for Sturgill is in contention.
Record Of The Year:
"Hello" — Adele
"Formation" — Beyoncé
"7 Years" — Lukas Graham
"Work" — Rihanna Featuring Drake
"Stressed Out" — Twenty One Pilots
My opinion: Again, I see Adele taking this, although Lukas Graham may have a chance here.
Song Of The Year:
"Formation" — Khalif Brown, Asheton Hogan, Beyoncé Knowles & Michael L. Williams II, songwriters (Beyoncé)
"Hello" — Adele Adkins & Greg Kurstin, songwriters (Adele)
"I Took A Pill In Ibiza" — Mike Posner, songwriter (Mike Posner)
"Love Yourself" — Justin Bieber, Benjamin Levin & Ed Sheeran, songwriters (Justin Bieber)
"7 Years" — Lukas Forchhammer, Stefan Forrest, Morten Pilegaard & Morten Ristorp, songwriters (Lukas Graham)
My opinion: Here, Adele's song isn't a clear favourite - it's more about the lyrics, so the edge goes to Lukas Graham. I personally want Mike Posner to win, but we know that won't happen.
Best New Artist:
Kelsea Ballerini
The Chainsmokers
Chance The Rapper
Maren Morris
Anderson .Paak
My opinion: Chainsmokers are probably taking this home, but I'd love to see Maren Morris, Kelsea or Chance The Rapper win this.
POP FIELD
Best Pop Vocal Album:
25 — Adele
Purpose — Justin Bieber
Dangerous Woman — Ariana Grande
Confident — Demi Lovato
This Is Acting — Sia
My opinion: No clear favourite here in my opinion, anyone could really take it, although I feel like the 3 most likely acts to get this are Adele, Sia and Ariana Grande, although we shouldn't count Justin out.
Best Pop Solo Performance:
"Hello" — Adele
"Hold Up" — Beyonce
"Love Yourself" — Justin Bieber
"Piece By Piece (Idol Version)" — Kelly Clarkson
"Dangerous Woman" — Ariana Grande
My opinion: Would really love to see Kelly Clarkson take this, but she's not a favourite here. All other nominees are more likely to win than her.
Best Pop Duo/Group Performance:
"Closer" — The Chainsmokers Featuring Halsey
"7 Years" — Lukas Graham
"Work" — Rihanna Featuring Drake
"Cheap Thrills" — Sia Featuring Sean Paul
"Stressed Out" — Twenty One Pilots
My opinion: There's a chance for Lukas Graham and Twenty One Pilots to snatch this award, although I hate their songs. I'd like to see Sia win this, but it's pretty unlikely for a dance record to take this.
Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album:
Cinema — Andrea Bocelli
Fallen Angels — Bob Dylan
Stages Live — Josh Groban
Summertime: Willie Nelson Sings Gershwin — Willie Nelson
Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway — Barbra Streisand
My opinion: Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan or Barbra Streisand would be my picks, although we shouldn't count out Groban or Bocelli since they are also household names.

"Don't Let Me Down" — The Chainsmokers Featuring Daya
"Never Be Like You" — Flume Featuring Kai
"Rinse & Repeat" — Riton Featuring Kah-Lo
"Drinkee" — Sofi Tukker
My opinion: How the hell did Rinse & Repeat get nominated LMAO. I want this to win now, although I see Flume or The Chainsmokers taking it. Would personally love to see Flume winthis award.
Best Dance/Electronic Album:
Skin — Flume
Electronica 1: The Time Machine — Jean-Michel Jarre
Epoch — Tycho
Barbara Barbara, We Face A Shining Future — Underworld
Louie Vega Starring…XXVIII — Louie Vega
My opinion: Only heard Flume's album so I cannot judge.
ROCK FIELD
Best Rock Performance:
"Joe (Live From Austin City Limits)" — Alabama Shakes
"Don't Hurt Yourself" — Beyoncé Featuring Jack White
"Blackstar" — David Bowie
"The Sound Of Silence" — Disturbed
"Heathens" — Twenty One Pilots
My opinion: So why is Beyonce nominated here? Knowing how it goes, she's a contender, although I can see David Bowie & Disturbed take this. Would personally love to see Disturbed win, as they had an amazing progressive rock-metal cover song, although Bowie's legacy may be in play more.
Best Metal Performance:
"Shock Me" — Baroness
"Slivera" — Gojira
"Rotting in Vain" — Korn
"Dystopia" — Megadeth
"The Price Is Wrong" — Periphery
My opinion: Not a fan of metal, and I only heard Korn's and Megadeth's songs, so I am not the one to judge.
Best Rock Song:
"Blackstar" — David Bowie, songwriter (David Bowie)
"Burn the Witch" —Radiohead, songwriters (Radiohead)
"Hardwired" — James Hetfield & Lars Ulrich, songwriters (Metallica
"Heathens" — Tyler Joseph, songwriter (Twenty One Pilots)
"My Name Is Human" — Rich Meyer, Ryan Meyer & Johnny Stevens, songwriters (Highly Suspect)

Best Rock Album:
California — Blink-182
Tell Me I'm Pretty — Cage The Elephant
Magma — Gojira
Death Of A Bachelor — Panic! At The Disco
Weezer — Weezer
My opinion: All of these albums are pretty good, but Weezer and Blink-182 are the favourites here, and I wouldn't mind seeing them win. I also liked Cage The Elephant and P!ATD so we'll see.
ALTERNATIVE FIELD
Best Alternative Music Album:
22, A Million — Bon Iver
Blackstar — David Bowie
The Hope Six Demolition Project — PJ Harvey
Post Pop Depression — Iggy Pop

R&B FIELD
Best R&B Performance:
"Turnin' Me Up" — BJ The Chicago Kid
"Permission" — Ro James
"I Do" — Musiq Soulchild
"Needed Me" — Rihanna
"Cranes in the Sky" — Solange
My opinion: Solange really outdid her sister musically this year, so I'm really hoping for her to win this award. I don't get the inclusion of Needed Me - out of all songs on Anti, it should've been Love On The Brain.
Best Traditional R&B Performance:
"The Three Of Me" — William Bell
"Woman's World" — BJ The Chicago Kid
"Sleeping With The One I Love" — Fantasia
"Angel" — Lalah Hathaway
"Can't Wait" — Jill Scott
My opinion: Anyone could win this, although I want to see Fantasia or Jill Scott take this home.
Best R&B Song:

"Exchange" — Michael Hernandez & Bryson Tiller, songwriters (Bryson Tiller)
"Kiss It Better" — Jeff Bhasker, Robyn Fenty, John-Nathan Glass & Natalia Noemi, songwriters (Rihanna)
"Lake By the Ocean" — Hod David & Musze, songwriters (Maxwell)
"Luv" — Magnus August Høiberg, Benjamin Levin & Daystar Peterson, songwriters (Tory Lanez)
My opinion: Kiss It Better is more of a pop-rock song than R&B, but it's one of Rihanna's better songs on Anti so who knows. I can see Maxwell or Tory Lanez win as well.
Best Urban Contemporary Album:
Lemonade — Beyoncé
Ology — Gallant
We Are King — KING
Malibu — Anderson .Paak
Anti — Rihanna
My opinion: Lemonade is pretty likely to win this, although I wouldn't cross out Gallant or Anderson .Paak. Anti doesn't sound like a grammy-winning album, really.
RAP FIELD
Best Rap Performance:
"No Problem" — Chance The Rapper Featuring Lil Wayne & 2 Chainz
"Panda" —Desiigner
"Pop Style" — Drake Featuring The Throne
"All The Way Up" — Fat Joe & Remy Ma Featuring French Montana & Infared
"That Part" — ScHoolboy Q Featuring Kanye West
My opinion: Why the hell is Panda nominated? Knowing my luck, it could win, and I pray that it won't. I wanna see Schoolboy Q, Chance The Rapper or Drake take this, and all 3 of them are favourites here.
Best Rap/Sung Performance:
"Freedom" — Beyoncé Featuring Kendrick Lamar
"Hotline Bling" — Drake
"Broccoli" — D.R.A.M. Featuring Lil Yachty
"Ultralight Beam" — Kanye West Featuring Chance The Rapper, Kelly Price, Kirk Franklin & The-Dream
"Famous" — Kanye West Featuring Rihanna
My opinion: Broccoli is nominated...lmao. Is this what Grammys has become? Oh wait, Hotline Bling is also nominated? I'm done...Here, I wouldn't mind either of Kanye's songs win. Beyonce's nomination here ain't too shabby either.

And the Anonymous Nobody — De La Soul
Major Key — DJ Khaled

"Setting The World On Fire" — Kenny Chesney & P!nk
"Jolene" — Pentatonix Featuring Dolly Parton

My opinion: Dierks & Elle have a chance here, but they have got some tough competition: Pentatonix & Dolly, Kenny & P!nk, especially when the latter's duo was pretty successful.

Producer Of The Year, Non-Classical:
Benny Blanco
Greg Kurstin

Nineteen85
Ricky Reed
My opinion: Greg Kurstin came back strong with 25, so he's a contender.
MUSIC VIDEO/FILM FIELD
Best Music Video:
"Formation" — Beyoncé
"River" — Leon Bridges
"Up & Up" — Coldplay
"Gosh" — Jamie XX
"Upside Down & Inside Out" — OK Go
My opinion: While I want OK Go to take this, we know this won't happen. Beyonce is most likely to win this, although I wouldn't rule out Jamie XX yet.
Best Music Film:
I'll Sleep When I'm Dead — Steve Aoki
The Beatles: Eight Days A Week The Touring Years — (The Beatles)
Lemonade — Beyoncé
The Music Of Strangers — Yo-Yo Ma & The Silk Road Ensemble
American Saturday Night: Live From The Grand Ole Opry — (Various Artists)
My opinion: Lemonade is probably winning this, but I'd love to see The Beatles or Yo-Yo Ma getting the award
"My opinion: Solange really outdid her sister musically this year, so I'm really hoping for her to win this award. I don't get the inclusion of Needed Me - out of all songs on Anti, it should've been Love On The Brain." - I completely am surprised at Solange getting nominated because I feel she JUST made the deadline. But this was a great song to be nominated so best of luck to her. I COMPLETEEEELLLYY Agree that Love on the Brain should have been nominated for this over Neeeded Me. I'm fine with either of those two winning however.
"My opinion: Why the hell is Panda nominated? Knowing my luck, it could win, and I pray that it won't. I wanna see Schoolboy Q, Chance The Rapper or Drake take this, and all 3 of them are favourites here." I agree! I would much rather Chance or Drake take this over Panda, I cant stand Panda.
"Best Country Duo/Group Performance:
"Different for Girls" — Dierks Bentley Featuring Elle King" - This is going to be a TOUGH category but these are my biased favorites because of Elle xo
"My opinion: Justin Timberlake is a clear favourite here, although I wouldn't rule out the possibility of Twenty One Pilots winning. We shouldn't cross out Shakira or P!nk either." - This is also going to be a TOUGH category because every nominee is such a powerhouse. But my biased favorites are Shakira and P!nk. I got sick of JT's song after the 3rd time of hearing it but I feel he might win because of how popular it was... just not for me.
I'm also surprised but not surprised, because I feel it's very realistic, to see you assume Adele and Lukas get so much in the pop categories. I completely see it happening! I feel like artists like Lukas snatch big awards like that from bigger artists so often.
I get triggered every time I see "7 Years" — Lukas Graham nominations. GROSS. Even more gross is that he's likely to snatch a few of them.
Chance should sweep the rap categories he's in, and I COULD see it since I think it's a trendy pick, but it's a bunch of old white people voting, so it'll probably be Drake because he dances awkwardly with ugly sweaters on.
Go Solange. "Formation" should win most things it's nominated for, but again, old white people.
OH, and "Gosh" by Jamie xx should win best music video solely for its use of the most Albino people I've seen in the same vicinity at once. WHAT A TRUE INNOVATOR.
