that after BB16, derrick's dad started a scam not-for-profit and involved derrick, james, caleb, and other BB contestants in "charity events" to raise money for bullying, cancer, and a laundry list of other problems. they then snatch the money and take jets to vegas and throw cash around like it's nothing. the organization is not registered as a charity.
