Minister of National Defence
     Duties: -moderation of discord server
                -alert PM or deputy chief of any issues between users etc.

Minister of Charities, premades, and special games
     Duties: -Help users plan charities, and plan Canadian First HOH charities
                -plan Premades for games like Hunger/stars/rookies
                -plan group games/other fun things for group to do
