Teams will be picked at random, then each team will vote for a paymaster. Each team does the challenge and whichever team loses, the paymaster, weakest teammate and whoever that team wants to throw in ( they vote )goes into the box.
Then paymaster of opposing team gets five minutes to talk to the three people in the box to discuss their future in the game. After those five minutes are up, the paymaster voids one persons check.
