I have an idea but it won't be very flashy.  Art is not my strong point, lol.  I'll work on it tomorrow though.

I was thinking, our names all in the corners, our team name in the middle, and our logo could be like these acting masks  - http://www.stjohnspalmersgreen.org/images/masks_bw.jpg .  Then maybe a bit of colour and a border and that could be it. 

What do you guys think?
