Well, i've been debating all weekend, i went back and literally read through each task, debating who performed better in each task, etc etc. I also read back through your interviews and the other 3s interviews to see what they thought about you. After all this research, i've come to the conclusion that

Kkincb....YOURE HIRED.

Congratulations. You've been brill throughout, especially in task two. You also handled my team change of you well and even managed to help Team HoH to victory. And to cap it off you won the final. Mman23, please don't be disappointed. You've been excellent too, particularly the interview - i thought you gave the best one out of all five. But you were  just pipped to the post.
