When I played my first ever survivor Challenge Match 3 at one point I had 3 blue gems in a row Horizontally and they did not clear and give me my points.
I had the same happen to me just now...I made 1 match (got 100 points), that space disappeared and I could move every piece except that open spot and the time kept counting down. I'm uploading a screenshot to the images shortly.

In Match 3 today my screen froze and I could not click - this problem was intermittant, but at one point lasted at least 20 seconds - it seemed - is there any recourse in this case?
