It's back, and once again I am looking for another 1 or 2 judges to join me on the fabulous judging panel of the upcoming season of Tengaged's Next Top Model. Being a judge in a competition like this is not easy and requires a lot of input and dedication not only to me as a host, but to the competing girls as well so only sign up if you are willing to take on that commitment.

Having previous Top Model group game experience is preferred, but if you don't (as of yet) then this is your opportunity to impress. As a judge you will be required to critique each girl's photo every week, and to set you up for that I have listed 5 photos below for you to practice on. I don't want to see basic comments such as 'this slays - NEXT' because they will not get you cast on the season.

As stated above, there are very few spots available, so I recommend you also applying as a model if you are interested in being a part of the season regardless.

In order to test your worthiness as a judge on the upcoming season, below I have selected 5 fashion photos. It is your job to then submit a critique on JUST ONE of the photographs selected. Treat this as if it was a girl from the competition, and remember this will hugely impact your place on the season.

Screams sassiness, sexiness & simply a stunning image of this model! The scenic photo brings it to life, from the background to the way the model is laying upon the cushions! The choice of attire is intriguing and in your face which I think brings out best features in the model!

1. You look like a curtain the makeup makes you look out of place
This dress does not work it needed to be more plain as it was too much for it to work

For the setting you are in, I think your outfit is on point for it being more exotic than your typical backdrop. The styling of your look is very well done and fits the context of the image. However, your pose and facial expression give off a, "I could care less about you and this competition." The pose is lazy and the face you're giving has too much attitude. Relax and enjoy your moment in the sun and in this competition.

PHOTO 3:
You're pretty in the pic, but that's all there is! A model has to be more than a pretty face. You made this whole outfit look completely shapeless and your footing is awkward. This isn't grandmother's next top model! If you make it past this week, make everybody watching want that outfit and not turn to the next page of a catalog.
