If i post something illegal, will i get punishment from beginning due to a new account or will my past mistakes in my old account also be considered while duration of ban is given consideration?

u cant get banned or punished for illegal designs anymore..

wow that's nice, so that means if we post an illegal design, it will only get removed if the moderators see it, or reach auctions if they miss it?
