Entries - Songs & Artist(s)
- All songs must be under 4 minuets in length.
- You can not submit a song that has previously been used in a different contest.
- You can choose a song from any artist or group.
- Inappropriate language, racism, homophobia or any other forms of discrimination are not allowed in any songs!
- You are allowed to submit edits, remixes, mash ups or different versions of songs. But once that song has been used in the contest, it will not be allowed to be used again.
- You must not tell anyone what song is yours, you must keep this secret until it is reviled by the host of the contest.
The Contest - Songs, Voting & Results
- Due to high interest, if more than 26 songs are submitted into one contest then there will be a Semi-Final and a Grand Final. The winner of the previous contest will always have an automatic spot in the Grand Final.
- If there is a Semi-Final then only the qualifying songs to the Grand Final will be announced. No voting of the Semi-Final will be reviled until after the Grand Final.
- A draw will be taken using Random.org to decide the running order of every song. One lucky person will be drawn and allowed to chose their songs position in the order of songs.
- After all the songs have been posted you will be told an allotted time in which you are supposed to post comments on ALL songs and send you votes to the host of the contest.
- You will be disqualified and banned from the contest if you discuss votes with any other players.
- All Players must submit comments on every songs after they have all been posted within the allotted voting time. Your comments must not give any indication to other players on how you are voting. You can not tell others how to vote in your comments either.
- After all the songs have been posted in the Grand Final you will be told when the results show is. The results show is where all the voting will be reviled and where the winner of Our Sound will be announced.
- The voting system will be conducted by a ranking positions. You must rank all songs accepts your own. The song you rank 1st will receive the most points, this will continue all the way down to your 25th ranked song that will receive the least points. (Here is a voting example of a contest with 10 players.)

Song 01 - 3rd (7pts)
Song 07 - 4th (6pts)
Song 09 - 5th (5pts)
Song 10 - 6th (4pts)
Song 05 - 7th (3pts)

Song 06 - 9th (1pt)
Song 04 - My Song can not be ranked.
- If two or more songs tie for first place, then song that received the highest amount of sets of points in that contest will win. If two or more songs that tie for first place received the exact same amount of sets of points, then all non winning players will re-vote giving one vote for who they want to win. This process will continue until there is a winner.
