This is simple.

You simply need to rank the 12 people in the opposite class, Alumni or Newbie in order of MOST to LEAST want as a partner.

Use the info from the Trials to help you.

Once you send a list, YOU CAN CHANGE IT IF YOU WANT.

Newbies, you must send a list to help earn points for the Alumni as they will earn points based on where they are ranked.

Alumni, you must send a list to help choose your partner.  BUT, if you are present LIVE when the teams are formed, then you can choose using the method I explained in the Trials topic otherwise your list will be used.
