So it can be themed to Animal Crossing/a generic town game

So each "week" starts off with a trivia question (in generic town it will be based off of Survivor/BB)

The person to get it right becomes Mayor.

The mayor assigns the remaining contestants into one of three different "tasks" (There would be like five different types but each week they are randomly picked)

These tasks (challenges) would include Fruit Picking, Fishing, Bug Catching, Fossil Collecting, and Delivering Mail (Could change for the Generic Game, but still the same things basically)

The winners of each task wins immunity

Then there is a "Town Evicition" ceremony where everyone votes, but the Mayor gets 3x power vote and the Task winners get 2x

Then the next round begins, but the previous mayor cannot be mayor twice in a row
