Format:
Team Challenge: All three teams will battle eachother, the winning team is safe from elimination.

Voting: The two losing teams vote for 1 member from the opposite losing team to enter the elimination round.
The winning team can cast votes as well for 1 member from either of the losing teams!

The Arena: The elimination round. The two losing-team members with the most amount of votes enter The Arena. The losing user is eliminated from the competition permanently.

This continues until there is a pre-determined number of people left, then each of the teams will participate in one final ultime Challenge.
