If you don't submit a vote by that time, you receive a self vote.
Votes can be changed up until the votes are read.
If I get all the votes early, then I'll read whatever I have, no more changes.
If an idol is played, I'll post it. If you want to play an idol, the voting rules apply: You can go back and forth on playing it, but you have to tell me your decision by the time I read the votes.
