This may sound naive or weird, but with the people left, I sort of see the final 2 spot to do with friendship and alliances over threats. I think everyone left has a good case in the finals; we're all threats in our own right.

Everyone can win because we're all still in the game. But of the people left, I'd say I'm probably least likely to win because I probably don't have enough friendships and alliances to keep me around, to the end.
