SHALOM EUROPE ....................... SHALOM FROM ISRAEL .......... ALL WELCOME TO A NEW EDITION OF THE "KDAM EUROTENGAGED VISION SONG CONTEST "

Once again, one more edition from ISRAEL we have decided to trust again our National Preselection to choose the representative and the subject that will represent the country in ESCT # 40 !!!.

For this occasion, we have continued to rely on the new mechanics used in the last edition and with the new and revolutionary voting system, YES: .... this same one that caused so many headaches when it came to voting !!! And At the same time, so many laughs caused the delegation to see how some countries interpreted our instructions when voting !!!

However, this new edition brings with it some important new features that we proceed to explain below:

Complying with the rules established with the EBU for this special edition, any artist who has previously participated in an ESCT edition has been banned from participating.

One more proposal has been added: This time one more candidacy has been added to the 5 that used to participate normally, so this time we will have 6 candidates to represent the country !!!

Rechanging of a candidacy that has previously participated in the Preselection: One of the 6 proposals is not new since it has already participated in a previous edition, however we believe that it deserves a "Second Oportunity "

As in previous editions, the delegation has opened the doors for the songs to be in any language, whether or not the official one of the country ... of any musical style, however in this edition we have bet heavily on well-known faces within of the country's music scene!!!

For this and after receiving several proposals, an internal jury of the country, has chosen only 6 of them, these 6 candidates are those that will fight to win the contest and become the next representative of ISRAEL in ESCT # 39 !!!

For this new edition we have again 6 STARS ;), 5 proposals of well-known faces of different musical styles and with quite different characteristics, who will fight to win and be able to represent ISRAEL in ESCT # 39 !!!

VOTING SYSTEM :

60% JURY: It consists of a vote by a European Jury that will score each of the topics;)

1st Category: Topic Quality:
In this section, aspects such as the voice of the artist, the musical production, the artistic base of each song are valued ...

2nd Category: Videoclip:
In this section, the staging will be evaluated, that is, the aspects related to the video clip of the song.

3rd Category: Originality:
In this section the originality of the topic will be assessed, the capacity of each topic to be able to surprise.

4th Category: Competitiveness:
In this section we will assess the possibilities of each song to compete with the other songs in the contest and the probabilities of making a good result.

FOR THIS THE JURIES SHOULD SCORE WITH 1POINT , 2POINTS , 3POINTS , 4POINTS 5POINTS AND 6POINTS FOR THE 6 SONGS, IN EACH OF THE CATEGORIES !!!

40% TELEVOTE: It consists of a vote in which each person will rate each of the topics according to their personal taste

The five candidate themes will be submitted to the decision of the voting public of all those delegations that want to participate. For this, each person must distribute 2POINTS , 4POINTS , 6POINTS , 8POINTS , 10POINTS and 12POINTS among the five candidate proposals !!!

After both votes, all the points will be added (Jury + Televote) the artist who obtains the most votes in the total vote will be the winner of the 12th EDITION OF THE KADAM EUROTENGAED VISION CONTEST and therefore the representative of ISRAEL in ESCT # 40 !!!
