And that is... Gifting people. You will randomly be gifting someone an item. The items you can gift depend on the tier you are in. So the people in the "Trash" tier will have lower tier items while the higher tiers will be gifting better items.

I will mail you who you are gifting and what items are available. You will mail me back what item from the list you wish to give the person. I will then mail everyone what they got. This process will take a few minutes so give it time.
