I think what bunnycat is trying to say is it's not "low level discrimination", it's just that people plus their friends and usually higher levels have more friends/are more well known. Most people don't like go through all the blogs and are like "I'M GOING TO PLUS EVERYONES EXCEPT THE WHITE LEVELS". XDD
