I think the second idea of hers is great, although since we all know that is NOT going to happen, why don't we change it up a bit ...

Like, instead of just unbanning ALL banned members, we can take polls, and you need a certain percent to get unbanned ?

And I think 3 strikes is a bit much for someone who was previously banned ... I would think 1 strike and you're out is fair, but 2 strikes would be good ;P

I mean, phanne's idea is brilliant ! But unfortunately she does not make the rules ... a horrible user named Tengaged_Mod does .

Who is Tengaged_Mod? I didn't even know that person existed. I should probably just go back to lurking and not paying attention, lol.

ALSO. The poll idea would make things become too much of a popularity contest IMO. Doesn't seem much more fair than it is now. Ya ya ya ya. <3

If one strike and you're out is fair.. then you won't be unbanned O_O.

No Kaffreya, I meant once you're account gets unbanned, then you have one strike . Cause I don't think it's fair for a previously banned user to have multiple strikes when they already caused trouble previously .
