Jeff Probst: “Previously on Survivor! Nicole was surprised that her closest ally, Leanne was voted out of the game, while Joseph was grateful he was still there. Alexander and his alliance, who were the swing votes, thought of Joseph as a potential ally, so they decided to spare him. On Aoba, Kayley wasn’t feeling well, and it showed. Rosie calls her immature and says this isn’t the same Kayley she knew before. At the Reward Challenge, the castaways were surprised with an early Tribe Switch, with Alexander, Devin, Joseph, Kayley, Kenny, Matthew, and Rosie as the new Sibu and Alexis, Jordan, Lea, Lisa, Nicole, Rhameen, and Shayla as the new Aoba tribe. The Reward challenge was close, but Rosie ended up winning the reward for her new tribe, after exchanging a few words with Kayley. Back at camp, Kenny felt he was at the bottom of his new tribe and started to make new allies, and was surprised when his old tribemate Kayley felt the same. The both of them felt that they could benefit each other and decided to make a pact. On the new Sibu trube, Nicole found a new Leanne in Alexis because of her naïve personality. Shayla and Lea noticed what Nicole was doing and warned Lisa who later warned Alexis, who thought Nicole was genuinely nice. At the Immunity, both teams started off good and ended up starting the puzzle at nearly the same time, but Sibu finished the puzzle before Aoba could even figure out one piece. In between two alliances, Kenny found himself as the swing vote, along with Kayley. Ultimately, they sided with the old Sibu guys alliance of Joseph, Alexander, and Devin instead of their old Aoba tribemates, sending Rosie home. 13 people are left. Who will be voted out tonight?”
Right when the tribe gets back, Kenny goes immediately to bed. Matthew pulls Kayley aside.
Matthew: “What happened?”
Kayley: “I didn’t like Rosie… and she was coming after me.”
Matthew: “Obviously not… she voted how she said she would. And just because Rosie wasn’t too fond of you doesn’t mean she was coming after you! She had your back just like she had mine and Kenny’s!”
Lea: “Look. I know Alexis is annoying and I know you hate that Nicole is kissing her ass, but we need to get out head in the game. We need Alexis and her crew on our side. If we were to have tribal right now, they wouldn’t vote Nicole, they’d vote us. We need to start working it.”
Shayla: *massages her forehead* “Yeah I know. You work on Lisa and I’ll Jordan working on the big guy. I’ll try to talk to Alexis.”
Shayla: “She might have told you about me calling her names and blowing up on her to you?”
Alexis: “Well… she did say something about you being a bully. I didn’t really believe her though because you seem nice too.”
Shayla: “It’s good you didn’t believe her because it’s not true. It’s all not true. She was the one who blew up on me. I was just tending to the fire once and she started calling me a bully out of nowhere. You know why I think she did that?”
Alexis: “Why?”
Shayla: “Because she wasn’t in a majority alliance. She was looking for a way into majority and tried to get people to flip on me so her and her ally wouldn’t be going home.”
Once Shayla and Alexis got back from getting water, Alexis asks Nicole to go tanning with her on the big rock, which Nicole happily agrees to.
Alexis: “The weirdest thing happened when me and Shayla went to get water.”
Nicole: “Oh my gosh what?”
Alexis: “She started talking mad crap about you. She started saying how you were in the minority on old Sibu and how you were desperate to be in majority so you started a random fight with her. Trust me I didn’t believe a word she said though.”
Nicole: “I can prove to you right now that isn’t at all true. Follow me.”
Nicole leads Alexis to where Jordan is standing.
Nicole: “Hey Jordan, we need to talk to you for a second.”
Nicole leads Alexis and Jordan to a place with privacy.
Nicole: “O.K. Jordan. I want you to explain one thing to me.
Jordan: “Um… O.K.”
Nicole: “Do you remember the fight me and Shayla had before the tribe swap? Before Leanne was voted out?”
Jordan: “Yeah.”
Nicole: “O.K., would you please be kind enough to explain to us what exactly happened in this fight and what went down?”
Jordan’s face went blank and Nicole looked at him like he was stupid.
Nicole: “You were there weren’t you? You should remember it. Tell us what happened.”
Jordan: “Well… you were talking to Lea about how it was fine that she lost the Reward for us and Shayla started to yell at you because she thought you were being fake.”
Nicole and Alexis go back to the tanning rock and start talking about how they can’t wait to get rid of Shayla.
~*REWARD CHALLENGE*~ Day 10
Jeff: “Come on in guys… Sibu getting your first look at the Aboa tribe… Leanne voted out at the last Tribal Council.”
Alexis and Lisa stare at each other
Lisa: “Oh my god.”
Kayley smirks.
Jeff: “Is everyone ready for today’s reward challenge? Today, one person from each tribe will be tied to a large rope. This rope is strung through many obstacles and courses. The first person to get all of your rope and yourself across the finish line wins! Want to know what you’re playing for? You guys have a choice today! You can either choose… more fishing gear; another net, a new pole, a new spear… or… a feast! The feast is filled with steaks, seasoning, fruit, vegetables, cold sodas, and beer. This is pretty big, so choose wisely.”
The Aoba tribe chooses Kenny and the Sibu tribe chooses Rhameen.
Rhameen: “Hopefully I do better this time.”
Jeff signals them to start. Right off the bat, both tribes are regretting their decision of choosing a large guy because both are struggling getting through the tight spaces. Both guys seem even when Rhameen gets his ankle stuck in the large rope.
Jeff: “Rhameen is stuck! Kenny is picking up the pace!”
Kenny: “Oh my god this rope is heavy.”
Rhameen: “F****** B****!”
Jeff: “Rhameen is still stuck! Kenny is about halfway through.”
Rhameen soon gets his ankle unstuck, but it is too late because Kenny is about to win the reward.
Jeff: “Kenny wins reward for his tribe!”
Jeff asks them which reward they want. They all agree they will take the fishing gear because the other fishing gear is at the other camp.
The Aoba tribe gathers their reward and both tribes head back to camp.
~*AOBA*~ Day 11
The tribe is just laying around while Matthew’s mind is racing.
Matthew: “Not too good man. I just wanted to come and apologize for… you know… writing your name down. If I knew my vote wouldn’t have even counted you probably would have been the last person I would have wrote down.”
Joseph: “Thanks. Don’t sweat it. It’s over with, no need to dwell on it.”
Matthew: “I just came to say… I basically have no one left in this game. You know over at my old tribe, Kayley was really popular. Her and the girls were really right. I can’t believe she flipped on Rosie like that. Rosie and the other girls were all really tight.”
Joseph: “Kayley was popular? She isn’t really the sweetest peach in the basket.”
Matthew: “Yeah I don’t know what’s been up with her lately. I just wanted to come over and say if you guys need a vote, you got one. I don’t have anyone to tell me who to vote anymore.” *laughs*
Joseph: “Sure thing. I’ll let you know if I do.” *laughs*
Lea: “I just think they’re both immature. And Nicole is taking complete advantage of Alexis. Nicole only wants Alexis for one thing and that’s her vote.”
Shayla: “Nicole realized Alexis is easily tricked and snatched her up as soon as she could. I will bet anything that Nicole has brainwashed that girl to the point of no return. Lisa you need to knock some since into her. I tried to, but I think she needs professional help.”
Jordan then comes and decides to wash off too. The girls get up to leave when Jordan tells Shayla to stay.
Jordan: “Hey I’ve been meaning to tell you something.”
Shayla: “Go ahead.”
Jordan: “Something really weird happened yesterday. I saw Nicole and Alexis storm up to me and ask me to follow them into the woods. I said I would but I honestly had no idea what it was about. Then, Nicole says, “You remember the fight between me and Shayla right? Well tell me what happened. What exactly happened and tell me what it was about.” I was so confused… maybe you can shed some light on this.”
Shayla: “Oh my god! What did you tell her?”
Jordan: “I told her what happened! I told her that she was comforting Lea for loosing us the reward and you called her out for being fake. After I told her she said “Thanks” and left.”
Jeff signals them in, takes the Immunity back from Sibu and explains the challenge. One person from each tribe will swim out, then race up a platform, dive into the water and retrieve a ring and bring it back. The next person from the tribe will then do the same. Once a tribe has collected all four rings, the two remaining tribe members will attempt to land those on posts. The first tribe to finish wins immunity. Sibu is instructed to sit someone out of this challenge and they sit out Lisa.
Swimming for the Aoba tribe is Kenny, Devin, Kayley, and Alexander while Matthew and Joseph throw the rings. Swimming for Sibu is Alexis, Rhameen, Nicole, and Jordan while Lea and Shayla toss the rings. Jeff starts them off and Devin and Rhameen jump into the water. Both got their rings and are back at the same time. Kenny and Alexis go next. Alexis slower than Kenny and loses them a bit of time. Once Kenny gets back, Alexander swims out. Alexis get back later and signals Nicole to go. Right when Nicole dives in, she loses her goggles.
Nicole: “Hey! Where’s my goggles? I need them in order to swim down and get the rings!”
Lea: “Swim! Go!”
Nicole: “I need goggles!”
Lea: “Try!”
Nicole swims out and Alexander has already came back and Kayley is the last one to go. Kayley quickly catches Nicole, gets her rings, and starts to head back. Nicole is having trouble finding the rings underwater.
Jeff: “Aoba back with all of their rings! They can start tossing!”
Lea: “Oh my god I’m going to kill this girl.”
Nicole: “I can’t so this without goggles!”
Lea: “Then come back in! Quit wasting time!”
Matthew and Joseph quickly hook two rings.
Jeff: “Matthew and Joseph quickly hook two rings! Six more to go!”
Once Nicole gets back, Jordan heads out. Matthew and Joseph hook two more.
Jeff: “Joseph hooks two more rings by himself! They need 4 more! And Sibu finally back with their fifth and sixth rings! Nicole heading back out to get the final pair!”
Nicole is swimming incredibly slow, so slow that before she gets back, Joseph and Matthew have already hooked all of their rings.
Jeff: “Aoba wins Immunity!”
The Aoba tribe jump and celebrate. Nicole slowly back strokes to her tribe’s platform.
Jeff: “Congratulations Aoba, here you go. As for you Sibu, we have a date a tribal council tonight. See you there.”
Both tribes head back to their camp.
~*SIBU*~ Day 12
The tribe gets back to camp and Nicole immediately begins to apologize.
Lea: “Save it Nicole. Knowing you, you probably did that s*** on purpose.”
Nicole: “Lea, please tell me what you and Shayla have against me. I would love a clue so I could be yelled at less.”
Jordan: “Ladies. Stop the arguments. It doesn’t solve anything.”
Lisa and Alexis continue to talk about the pros and cons of voting Nicole or Shayla. They gather Rhameen to see who he wants gone and he says “I’ll vote whoever.”
Everyone enters tribal and sets their torches down. Jeff starts asking questions.
Jeff: “Lisa, how have you been feeling about your new tribe?”
Lisa: “Yeah I like it. I like most of the people here and everyone here does seem to pull their weight around camp and things like that. So I can’t complain.”
Jeff: “Nicole, you seemed to heavily struggle at today’s challenge. Why? And do you think that’s a reason to vote you out?”
Nicole: “Yeah it was pretty hard for me. I told my tribe that I could only swim and get the rings if I had goggles to get them underwater. When I lost my goggles, I knew I couldn’t do it, and I tried to tell them that, but most of them insisted I try anyways.”
Lea silently and quickly gives Nicole the middle finger.
Jeff: “Woah Lea, I saw that.”
Lea: “Good. I hope she saw it too.”
Jeff: “Jordan, has there been any tensions around camp?”
Jordan: “Oh my god where do I start?”
Jeff: “So we can just leave it at there definitely are tensions?”
Jordan: “Especially with Lea, Shayla, and Nicole.”
Jeff: “Shayla, why are their tensions?”
Shayla: “They’re high because I can see right through Nicole. There is one word to describe Nicole and that is phony. Let me just say something real quick to Alexis. Alexis, sweetie, Nicole isn’t your friend. Nicole doesn’t want to be your friend. She wants you for your vote. The time you spend with her isn’t because Nicole enjoys your company, it’s because she enjoys having your vote. If you like to feel used and abused, then by all means stick with her, but if you want to be treated like a person and not a vote, don’t.
Alexis begins to cry.
Jeff: “Alexis? Explain.”
Alexis: *crying* “I hate all of this fighting! My entire time here all I’ve heard is fights! I enjoyed my time with Nicole because she didn’t spend her time talking about how much she hated the other tribe mates or how much she wanted to be in majority or how much she thinks she can win, we spent our time talking like normal people. Even if Nicole was being fake with me, I’ve enjoyed it because it brings me away from the fights and drama.”
Nicole winks at Alexis.
Shayla laughs.
Jeff: “And with that, it’s time to vote. Rhameen, you’re up.”
The tribe gets up to vote.
Shayla holds up her vote that says Nicole, “I pray to the great God above that your witchcraft you put on Alexis didn’t spread to the other two.”
Nicole holds up her vote that says Shayla, “You’ve spent this entire game two steps behind me. Tonight is the night I see if all of my hard work paid off.”
Everyone votes and Jeff tallies the votes.
Jeff: “If anyone has a Hidden Immunity Idol and wants to play it, not would be the time to do so…”
No one stands.
Jeff: “Once the votes are read the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately, I’ll read the votes.”
Jeff: “First vote, Shayla.”
Shayla shrugs.

Lea stands up and hugs Shayla. Alexis and Nicole are giggling together. Lisa doesn’t even look at Shayla.
Jeff: “Shayla, the tribe has spoken. *Snuffs torch.* Time for you to go.”
Shayla: “You guys will for sure need the luck. Bye.”
Jeff: “I can say, this was one of the most interesting tribals I have ever seen. And with a split vote, things don’t look like they’ll get any easier. Head back to camp, goodnight.”
(Exit Interview) Rosie: “She got me. She fooled those idiots and got me out. I will give her credit though, she isn’t bad at the game, she’s just bad at being a human. I really hope Lea and Jordan the best because without them, I probably would have to have left in handcuffs.”
I liked Shayla but I preferred Nicole as a character so am glad she stayed as we can basically substitute Lea for Shayla since they were basically the same character-type.
