Well, like many others, i have now been a victim of a design steal.

These were created by me in the fashion forward game some months ago now. Recently letting Ev32 borrow some of my designs, he has passed them on without my consent to Gagaluv who sold them, giving me no credit for them.
Yes she did gift them to me, but this is not the point, she could have just messaged me directly to ask.
I just think this is wrong

Edit: Gagaluv was told directly by Ev32 thatshe needed to email you before posting them to make sure it was ok.
gagaluv did not steal your design... Ev gave it to her to post!! Before you go posting things like this maybe you should ask first... She even gifted a set of eyes to you so you need to post an apology!!
No I specifically told gagaluv to get a hold of Amelia and make sure it was ok to sell them first. That is why I got so upset with her when she only sold them and made sure JustMe was gifted them instead of Amelia the actual designer. I dont understand why she would upload them without giving you credit I always credit all my designers and I told her that you were the one who made it and she needed to email you before posting them to make sure it was ok.
Well, again, she is new, and was following Ev's advice.....Ev...I tried gifting them to Amelia, but I was beat by someone, I cant help it that people stalk the shops, at least there was an attempt made rather than doing nothing because she wants to sell the stuff for ungodly amounts of t$
remember the wings? you were supposed to let us gift them to a friend of ours, but you decided to be greedy and give them to your friends for the cheap price
Sue, you should have gifted them to Amelia first before gifting anybody else. Why are you entitled to those Aqua eyes before Amelia who actually designed them?
And as far as those wings go I did exactly what your buddy Pink told me to do and I gifted you as a surprise instead of telling about the sale but I certainly gave credit to the designer for it. I would never steal or take credit for anyone else's work.
And she was not following my advice. My advice was to wait until later in the week before posting anything. I also specifically told her to contact Amelia before selling her designs. She did the complete opposite of what I advised her because the only advice she was following was that of JustMe who wanted the design for herself. What did I have to gain by any of this? I was trying to be nice and help all of you get the designs that Amelia made for as cheap as possible but JustMe seems to think she's the only one on this website who is entitled to every design that anybody makes so she hogged the Aqua Eyes away from Amelia.
Because I knew that Amelia, gagaluv and Jenna all wanted the eyes that Amelia made really badly and instead of being selfish and selling them myself I was trying to be nice and help other people out but now all I get is blamed for this crap. gagaluv told me that she would contact Amelia first and arrange a time that Amelia could get the eyes for cheap at a 1 T$ sale but that never happened.
I had permission from Amelia to sell them myself so I figured Amelia would be even happier if gagaluv sold them instead of me as long as she made sure Amelia would get them at a 1 T$ sale. That's why I asked her to email Amelia and arrange a time for the sale when she would be available.
Right and she never contacted either one of us if she had we would have told her to simply credit Amelia for the design and to make sure one of us would be around for the sale to make sure Amelia got her eyes for 1 T$. I would've been happy to gift her myself but I was never told about the sale. The only reason I got upset is because 5 people got the eyes for 1 T$ and Amelia wasnt one of them I dont need the girls eyes for myself but Amelia deserved them before anyone else.
Ev, if you are gonna talk, you should know what you are talking about
I did not tell her to do anything with the eyes and tbh, the eyes are kind of ugly, no offense amelia, I like the other eyes I have better, so get a clue
well first that was not nice for ev32 for giving her this design. first before giving it to her he was the one who had to make sure you want him to give it to her. the blame goes for ev32 not gagaluv.
STFU Marie and Sue I was given permission to sell that design for any price I wanted I was being nice by giving it to gagaluv to sell instead because she told me her and her and Jenna wanted it really badly. All I asked was that she contact myself or the designer first to make sure Amelia gets credited and would get the design she worked so hard on but you people seemed to think that Sue deserved the design more than Amelia did and Amelia didnt even deserve the credit for her hard work.
OK FINE SO POINT CLEAR THEY WERE GIVEN TO ME...I DID NOT STEAL THEM...I GIFTED HER THE EYES...and the only mistake I made was NOT crediting her...this is sooooooo petty it makes me sick....she is now credited in my shop description.
You also gifted her the wrong eyes..... if you did everything to plan you might have saved yourself a lot of t$ she would have the eyes she wanted and you wouldn't be made out as such a bitch.
It sounds like it is just a big mis-communication guys :( I wouldn't it let it affect the friendships and steps just need to be taken so something like this doesn't happen again
