I think that in fast casting, people should be heavily penalised for not voting by having 5 points added against them if they don't vote. Lack of voting should be taken into account when determining the winner. Also, instead of having a random draw when ties happen, nominate everybody whos tied except for in an eviction where it stays the same. Nominees should be allowed to vote as this will encourage activity. People should not be allowed to vote until the last 30 seconds because they commonly make their mind up in the first five. And cut the final 3 wait, its annoying.
