What level do you need for a charity?

Then how come my friend who is light green level had one for frookies? And, this charity rookies the charity person is brown level?

It depends
dont try to have a color level charity before black unless you have 20 people willing to join...
milestine games like 100th game and 200th game, level doesnt matter but if youre lower than brown it will still get wrecked if you dont have enough people
honestly all you need is a good list of people and it diesnt mattter much.. I mean there are general guidelines but its NBD usually
