It would work like this. To get in you must have 70% health, 1T$, and be a White Level.
Their would be a series of games to pick from. Each of the 10 tributes that enrolled pick a game, and will get to play it 5 times.The highest score out of all the attempts will be the one that counts however. Here's where it gets different.
The tribute that got the highest score in his or her challenge will get a free seat into the next Training Game, and will get 3 Karma and 2T$. 2nd and 3rd would also get prizes.

4th-10th- 0 Karma, 0T$
To prevent a TV star to join the Training Game and get on an easy winning streak against noobs, each streak of winning the winner will lose a percentage of their Challenge Score.

First win in a row- 10% lost
Second win in a row- 25% lost
3rd win in a row- 50% lost
4th win in a row-75% lost
5th row and up win in a row- 90% lost
This game could take from around 20 minutes to an hour!
Like in survivor, each win does not count as an added game.
