It is actually impossible. How could you get that gene from one of you relatives, if they were gay then they would clearly of not got with someone of OPPOSITE gender and had children. The gay population is increasing because people are falling into the trap, not because your "genes" you give to the children you dont have.

Well, hate to point this out, but being gay wasn't always accepted (hard for you to imagine I'm sure, given your complete love for it), and as such, gays blended into normal traditional relationships passing forth their genes.
