Sue was part of the Tagi 4 alliance with Richard, Kelly, and Rudy. People seemed to underestimate her, not realizing how intelligent she was (they perceived her as a hick). She helped cement the tight alliance between the Tagi 4, inventing the idea of alligned voting in Survivor (which now seems like common sense, back then, some thought it was cheating). She is part of pop culture and Survivor history with her iconic "Rats and Snakes" speech directed at Kelly and Richard, which is often ranked at the top of Survivor moments, and helped secure Survivor's spot in TV history. Following the show, she made a series of TV appearances.
Obviously, she was asked back for All Stars. On All Stars, she clashed with people like Tom Buchanan, but fortunately was on a mostly winning tribe. However, after an incident where Richard Hatch rubbed up against her naked, Hawk mentally checked out of the game, and quit the show the next day, the third person ever to quit the show (first was Osten in Pearls Island, second Jenna Morasca earlier that season).
