try pressing (alt+control+delete)

then go to processes and remove the msi.exec or whatever it's called..

It was preventing me from downloading skype, and when i deleted it, everything worked better, so maybe the same will happen with you

If I close the box that says Signing in and open a new skype box, It says You are already signed on on this computer. It's so annoying :(
