Paranormal Activity 3 - Good or Bad

I've just recently been to the movie theater to see Paranormal Activity 3.
I personally thought it was the best of the three so far.
What did you guys think?
Was it scary?

Never saw the first 2, but I enjoyed 3.  Didn't scare me nearly as much as I was expecting.
