Tengaged_Moderation doesn't get PAID. He does this to help us. It used to be if you got a red nose you had to mail Randomize and it took forever.

I DO NOT THINK HE IS BIASED. You people are just paranoid. He's doing the best he can and he never gets a thank you.

If he wasn't bias he would give the same punishments to everyone who commits the same offence. However, this has been shown to not be the case time and time again as people do get different punishments for commiting the same offence as someone else.
