I don't see how anything can be funny about it...
Until you have dealt with someone committing suicide in your life you have no idea how hard it is for the families and friends of people going through this.

I have. And I still joke about it. My uncle comitted suicide and I jokingly say i'm going to kill myself almost daily.

People think its okay to joke about anything on tengaged. And those are the people who are considered "relevant"
