I'm not sure how exactly to do a challenge.. Would appreciate someone explained how to start it..

Well, you just press start really, than you play the challange.
Guitar = Its kinda like Guitar Hero.
Words = Your trying to spell the word.
Endurance = Try to hold your mouse on the dot, and take it through the maze.
WoF = Spin the wheel, then spell out the saying.
Deal or No Deal = Press deal to take the amount of money on the bottom. Press No Deal to get a chance for more (that might make you get less).
