I see what you mean, but some of the people who gift might not know to many undesigned (didnt know what word to use XD)  or just want to gift their friends (who might have a lott of designs)
Other people might owe a gift or want to gift someone back who gifted them.

gifting is something that people use to show their appreciation of friendship too someone else, to show thanks or whatever.
People who have saved up their t's and been here long time do not exist just to help poor people.

Get up to like black level and then go for gifts. :) You get 40 per bet so it makes it really easy to go up in T$'s :)
