in a Casting at the F3 what are the rules like who wins?

Its part of the alogorithm amount of POV helps the most and F4 POV also.
Getting nommed and negged hurts chances as well as not talking (spamming) if you guys hadn't got me out I would have easily won becuz of all my POV's :)
