So, I would say I'm surprised, but I'm really not. It really isn't much of a surprise that I'm out. I mean, I was only online for two hours when nobody else seemed to be on.
The few people I did meet seemed really nice though - I just wished I'd be online a bit more and hadn't been out at the time the game had actually started.
Anyway, I guess I've now got to waste my life for the next four days until I can FINALLY get started on a new game and hopefully be able to get somewhere in these games.
So, I started up today. Ended up here from a Wikipedia article (how that works out I'll never know), and got a bit over excited, joined and enrolled in a game.
Then had to go out for three hours (in the rain - doh!). Came back absolutely soaked (seriously, common sense? wouldn't any normal person bring a change of clothes) and found I'm up for nomination...
Really, it's no surprise considering I hadn't done anything - maybe common sense might have been better and I should have waited till I got back before I enrolled in a game.
Ah well, what can you do. Typically, the time I'm on seems to be the time when nobody else is actually on. =( I am so going to go tommorrow...
And the memories I'll have of this game are currently just me proving how stupid I am (or rather how geography inept I am - I swear I'm NOTHING like Sophie...)...
