I got 819 on my first ever endurance. I had 120 seconds. It's actually a pretty fun game. You have to click and hold the ball as it moves around the screen, and as the challenge progresses, it gets faster and harder to follow with your mouse. If you let go but you were still close to it, you can grab it again. As long as you're holding on, your total increases. But it eventually switches to the other part of the challenge, mazes. Again, they start off easy. You just have to drag the ball to the end of the maze without touching the sides. This part of the challenge is crucial because you get as big as I think I saw 120 point bonuses for reaching the end.
