ranking the seasons and ranking the winners are two areas I try and avoid when it comes to Survivor discussion, because they're so open ended and varied that it inevitably comes with a lot of disagreement.
However, I would kind of like to rank them. As sort of a compromise, rather than ranking individually how they place, i'll separate them into the top 10, the bottom 10, and the middle. So you get an idea of where I have that season, but not a specific one.
This is my opinion, it will be different than yours, neither of us are correct, blah blah don't be a douche

I already know i'm going to get hate for not having China and Micronesia top 11, and probably even more hate for having WA top 11, but oh well.
Also just let me clarify, I like most seasons. Some that wound up in the bottom 11 I still think are good (sorry, Marquesas =[)
Most of this is good except i would put
Cambodia in middle
Cook islands in top
Gabon in bottom
Also Micronesia should def be in top 11 and id take WA and Africa out. No way Africa is better than Micronesia Cambodia or China
islandsurvivor Cambodia is near the top of the bottom 11, but still bottom for me nonetheless. I can't stand the non stop strategy and nothing else. I think it's insufferable and ruins what would have been an amazing cast. As you can see by Panama, Tocantins, and WA being high, I really value characters, which Cambodia has zero of whatsoever (outside Keith)
Cook Islands is very polarizing, you either love it or hate it. I hate it. I find it very dull.
Personally would have Amazon/Gabon/SJDs in top 11, maybe MvGX but after getting some distance on the season I feel like it was too strategy heavy/rushed at the end. I would move others down, but I can understand why you like the top 11, Africa would be the only one I don't like.
WA is underrated though, although the winner if fairly obvious I quite like the story of the season. Will sucks, Tyler/Sierra don't add much, but at least Rodney has some good confessionals and Dan is sexist but kind of harmless and the edit does a great job making fun of him. The pre-merge is amazing and there are some great characters outside of those already mentioned.
DBWs im really glad someone shares my views on Worlds Apart. I think it's easy to look at the ugly of WA and think it's an ugly season, but you just cant take it seriously. If you dont take it seriously it's pretty fun. The edit completely BURIES all the assholes and makes them huge laughing stocks. It's fair, and it;s funny. And while the overall storyline on paper is fairly bland, there's a lot of minor things that, my first time watching, added in a lot of excitement and tension (like Joe and Mike's idol shenanigans, the auction, etc)
also, I just want to say that Vince Sly is one of my favorite pre-merge characters of all time
