After Karolina's eviction, the models competed in a group shot HOH, where they had to identify who did a photoshoot with who. In the end, Coco proved to be the best, and claimed the title of HOH.
At the HOH Ceremony, Coco explained, "It has become clear to me the house has been divided in two. The biggest concern for my game is the people doing well in competitions that are not here to keep me safe or will keep me safe. For that being said I have to go back on what I said, and nominate you Gisele. And to keep her company, Tyra you can take the other seat."
At POV, Tyra won, and easily decided to remove herself from the block. With that, Coco named Adriana the replacement nominee. As the meeting was adjourned, Coco and Gisele began exchanging personal attacks, with Naomi jumping in on Coco's side.
