Well one thing,

i think its mean that if your the last person to join a game then your almost guaranteed to be up for nominations, and i think they should start the counting the votes till everyones on the game.
=)

i also faced that last join & got nominated  :P
and was evicted 20th !!!
there might be some new ALGO so that the last person joining can be safe !!!

I think at the least it should give an hour or two before deciding who's nominated.  then the newcomers have a chance to get some votes and be safe.

I actually sent randomize an email about this ages ago... no idea if he ever got it, but I also suggested the 2 hour talking period for the last joiner to be active.  That's why they take so long to fill up, because no one wants to join last!

I think no one should be evicted on the first day to get over this problem. so you have a whole day to socailise with the others and get to know them. then on the end of the 1st and 2nd day, 3 people would be evicted. after that things would be back to normal
